Gay? Straight? Whatever feels good.

Now here’s a guy that gay rights activists can hate. Here’s a slimy politician wrapping himself in a rainbow flag, taking all the progress that has been made towards gay rights, just to distract everyone from the real reason why he’s resigning. It’s not because he had an affair with a man, it’s because he played the role of sugar daddy and gave his mistress an annual government salary of $110,000 a year at taxpayers’ expense. Way to set the standard for future openly gay politicians!
Now to get to my second complaint: Why is everyone calling him gay? Sure, he bangs other guys. I’m not debating that. I’m just wondering why his wife is still standing next to him or why he’s still with her. After two wives and two kids, it’s pretty safe to say he bangs women too. Why can’t we just say it?
He’s bisexual.
There. That wasn’t so hard. What is wrong with that label? I can see why McGreevy doesn’t use it. That would make him lose the pro gay sympathy. I don’t understand why everyone else doesn’t use it. What? Does it make you a half assed homo? Not straight enough for the “normal” people? Is there something wrong with being bisexual?

You can't say for sure; he might be bisexual, but there are plenty of totally gay people that have had the kids & the family despite the fact that sex with the opposite gender is not very appealing to them. Denial is very deep sometimes, and very hard to dislodge.
I don't know why it's always an either/or topic in the eyes of the press either; that has always struck me as odd.

I agree. But I guess the correct term for the male lover of the married man would...what? Misteress?
Two of my associates realized they were gay when they turned 20. Before then they were those annoying types that are ALWAYS talking about the opposite sex. Yet when they made the inevitable announcement, everyone who knew them was like, well, duh.

Hm. Well, most people I know who've used the term "bisexual" have given up bisexual for gay within a fairly short (1 month - 2 year) period. And I'm only responsible for converting one.... maybe two...

Snaggle, I have heard that's the case too but didn't want to talk about things I'm not so familiar with.
Then again, I would call myself vaguely bisexual. I definitely prefer the penis, but it sure is fun to make out with girls once in a while.

Girls don't count. Girls can be bisexual. Boys are just my toys. Err, I mean, straight or gay.

There's an old saying, "There's no such thing as a bisexual man. if a man likes dick, he's gay." lol

Snaggle you're killig me. And I agree, male bisexuals are probably kidding themselves mostly.
Also, isn't it odd how many guys salivate over gal-on-gal action (not me!) but so few gals care to watch guy-on-guy? Or maybe they do and I just missed it.

I don't think McGreevey is gay at all. The homosexual affair was just a ruse to get people to ignore all the other political misdoings that were going on. Thats a long way to go to protect yourself, but at least he wasn't sitting around debating what the definition of "is" is.

I have heard of at least one girl who likes to watch guy-on-guy. Me, I love watching guys hold hands and be snuggly, but I'd rather watch girls get naked. Just a personal preference.
Mg, you really think he's making it up??
