Did someone mention cocaine?
Amid all the hand-wringing commotion over crystal meth, Ecstasy and sundry date rape drugs, this pernicious menace seems to have been put on the back burner. Such was not always the case. Back in the 80s, coke was everywhere. Coke spoons were considered chic jewelry, like piercings today. In bars, strangers would offer you a "jolt." Then some fool discovered how to purify it into freebase and it was all downhill from there. Stars from David Crosby to Rick James squandered their fortunes and wound up doing hard time due to freebase' seductive allure. Prison is not a pleasant place.
Myself I never got caught up in all that, and I'll tell you young whippersnappers why. One morning I called on my friend Tom. He looked tense, paranoid and haggard. He proceeded to inform me that he'd been up all night plowing through gram after gram. Then he volunteered, "I blew my nose and it looked just like a baby abortion." Rooting around in his trash can he produced the bloodied tissue for my examination. Sure enough, Tom's was an apt if disgusting analogy. Ugh.
So it's Thanksgiving, time to eat like gluttons, drink like fish and watch football. Bon appetit.

Come on, anything done to excess is stupid. But doing a couple of lines and then having lots of sex - where's the harm in that?

I was passively watching the local evening news tonight and something struck my attention - apparently the latest designer drug is some kind of mixture containing mostly embaling fluid. As if drugs weren't deadly enough. How long do you think it will be before the latest drug crazy involves shooting up with actual guns - "Ahhh, nothing gets you higher than a sucking chest wound."

Lockheed saw that embalming PCP news clip. Those kids should just snort glue or inhale whip cream cans. Or just punch each other in the face repeatedly.
Lockheed likes clean drugs: freebase crack, pure MDMA(hard to find, they're in capsule form like fluxotine). I don't like any intranasal forms, such as cocaine(too much hydrochloride/bisquick mix), but the only decent intranasal would be heroin, so you can avoid the needles(black tar is okay though, but it does keep calling Lockheed back).
Also, reccomend taking a minor tranquilizer after any catecholamic drug use(cocaine), it really lessens the paranoia and anxiety.
And yes, there's always that Central Nervous System, always saying,"Please, Temple Keeper, stop it, I can't take it much longer, my heart is going to fail!" Lockheed knows when to listen to his heart. So any of you who dabble or routinely use such chemicals, listen to your heart.
