Finals suck

I am now convinced: one cannot both simultaneously take care of oneself and properly prepare for final exams. You have to either 1.) neglect your body to the point where other people, noting the glazed look in your eye, have to remind you to eat and sleep, or 2.) fail all of your classes. This semester, I attempted to take care of myself and do well in classes. Needless to say, I don't think I succeeded at either. Next semester, I'm going to strap an I.V. and a pillow to myself, so I'll get the proper nutrition and when I pass out from pure exhaustion, the pillow will be right there.

Humbug. At least I'll never again have to know what St. John was doing in Leonardo da Vinci's Last Supper or the date that some half-rate artist painted some half-assed work of art. Oh, by the way, in case you couldn't tell, I don't really care for art history. Crappy Dr. Cunnally's crappy exams.

My spring semester has been officially over for fifteen minutes, yet I don't feel any relief. Sigh.

What was that mg was saying about bloggers sharing mundane and excruciatingly boring details?

careful with the plastic tubing and be sure to use a good dose of gravity , electricity or both . arrange it so that different drugs / nutrients can be fed through from time to time as there's nothing like being bored with a diet when you're comatose !

snaggle, let me guess your majoring in some useless major like poli sci and when you have to write 2 papers you get all paniced out. Instead of complaing about finals why dont you study. Im pretty sure your hand cant handle any more needles to be injected into your arm. Why dont you grow up and take some responsibility in life instead of complaining abotu shit all the time.

Umm ok I'll assume your not an Engineering major. Take finals week, and pretend that is common daily stress, and you will begin to comprehend what being in the College of Engineering feels like. Not rational stress, just constant needless stress. Just make sure not to give colleges the credit, its us students who work so hard who deserve the credit. people who graduate know their stuff, but all colleges do is certify and weed out the dedicated and smart people, you teach yourself basically. Remember learn in the library, and additionally memorize what professors say will be on the exams, because at best they will give you hints as to what "definitions" (memorization basically) you are responsible for. I graduate in 2 weeks... good ridden College of Engineering professors! Hello Big bucks!
